5th Row, 5th Picture, is DAKOTA an older, very well-mannered lab-mix, who loves his round chew toy which he carries everywhere he goes. He adapts very well with a front leg that is slightly deformed. He interacts as a young'un with Lucy when outside enjoying the crisp, wintery, December air. DAKOTA loves pets, cuddles, talking too, and scratchies....OH yeah, don't forget the treats! He and Lucy know just where to find them for you! What a nice Christmas eve day it was for me to spend with them. Hope to see them again.
5th Row, 4th Picture, I had the pleasure of going to LUCY's home to care for her. She is a very energetic young dog who loves her FRISBEE, even though I can't toss it very well. She didn't mind her masters were away for Christmas eve, because we had a great time playing, getting belly rubs, and scratchies. LUCY is very well behaved, smart, and always happy to see me when I come to visit. THANKS LUCY hope to see you again some day.
5th Row, 3 Picture is PEANUT's sister, LILO, who also came all the way from TACOMA for a visit. She is very brave, cute, daring, and LOVES to smuggle UNDER the blankets with you at night. Pens? Kennels? Her? NO WAY! LOL. She is also very keen on any noise in the house and her voice makes her sound like she is bigger than a German Shepard on the attack. I am very glad to have LILO with us for the holidays, she is a great "kid" to have around. I will miss her and her
In 5th row, 2nd picture, I introduce you to PEANUT the Pomarainian who came all the way from Tacoma to stay with us while her ower was away for a few days. He is very friendly, cuddly, and inquisive. Not afraid of interacting with any of the other dogs, especially the Great Dane, Bower who is also a guest. PEANUT is also very smart, cute(he KNOWS IT TOO) and loves to be a part of what ever is going on in the house hold. He is a great pleasure to have, even when he is a
Row 4, pic 5 and Row 5 Pic 1, is BOWSER the Great Dane who came to spend a night to see if he would be a canidate for bording for a few weeks. HE IS! WHOOT. He got along very well with my four dogs and ran when Tama the bird chirpped and he didn't see him at first. Not realizing he is a dog, BOWSER loves to sit on the couch like a human and watch TV. It is going to be lots of fun having him around for xmas. WHOOT.
I had the pleasure of spending time with all three pets in 4th row, pics: 2,3,4. A cat named MIA who was extremly friendly and like to see everything that went on. I noticed one of her favoriate things to do was bat at the automatice water dispenser when the bubbles were floating to the top. Then there was the beautiful dog MAKANI who has two different colored eyes and you didn't know if he was actually looking at you, or ignoring you. He LOVED to play tennis ball, and his catapillar(when you could find it). The tiny Pomerian is named ROXY, but I think she should be named "Princess" because that what she actually is! She would greet you at the door and wanted to be lifted up into your arms for a few minutes before you went and did anything else. She also really enjoyed belly rubs to the max! Ahhhhh what fun we had. We watched animal planet channel until MAKANI stepped on the remote and turned the system off, and not knowing this particular remote control, I couldn't get the TV back on. We still had fun though with lots of hugs, kisses, pets, treats, and playtime. I sat with these children from 29 Nove - 2 Dec in base housing in Naval Base Kitsap. Hope to see them again one day.
